In what order should I use the products?
Use Alada Soap in the morning and evening to cleanse, followed by Glutathione & Shea Butter Unifying Body Butter to brighten the skin, and Ginger Antioxidant Cream to maintain the results. Three simple steps, in that order.
How long does it take to see results?
Most of our customers notice a visible improvement in skin tone evenness within 3 weeks to 1 month of regular use, morning and evening.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our formulas are gentle and free from harsh active ingredients. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area before first use.
Where are the products made?
Alada Soap is imported from Thailand. The Glutathione & Shea Butter Brightening Body Butter and Ginger Antioxidant Cream are formulated in Europe.
Can I use the products on both my face and body?
Alada Soap can be used on both the face and body. The Glutathione & Shea Butter Brightening Body Butter and Ginger Antioxidant Cream are formulated for facial use. Avoid the eye area.

What are the delivery times?
7 to 12 business days in mainland France and Europe. Free shipping on orders over €30.
How can I track my order?
An email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your order through our dedicated tracking page.
Do you ship outside Europe?
We currently ship to mainland France and the European Union. More destinations will be added soon.
